We are NSCSA C.O.R certified, IKO ROOFPRO preferred roofing contractor, we are listed on the BBB with an A+ rating and of course we are in good standing with the WCB and have commercial general liability insurance.
We are in the service industry and are happy to do estimates for free at the same time educating on new architectural shingles on the market that have better designs and wind protection. We will inspect the roof for proper ventilation and flashings, if it needs to be updated we will let you know the different options available.
Two year workmanship warranty.
We will communicate to shingle manufacturer on your behalf in regards to any warranty claims made in the future.
Warranty's are given as long as the roof decking and roof flashings are in good shape, if not we will recommend to be replaced.
We add extra tar to every shingle as part of our own workmanship guarantee, at no extra cost.
